2021 NEEL Trimarans NEEL 43 — Le Marin

A 2021 NEEL 43 at Le Marin, Martinique, asking $356,400 through A&C Yacht Brokers. The 43 is the Marc Lombard design that took NEEL Trimarans' signature idea — one central hull, 24.6 ft of beam, and the whole household on a single level, cockpit, saloon and owner's cabin joined on one plane — down to its smallest size yet when the first hulls left La Rochelle in 2021. This is a first-year boat. The press bought the idea on handling rather than volume: Sailing World named the 43 its 2023 Best Multihull for how quickly it tacks and powers up — a cruiser that sails like a big monohull while living like a flat.

It is currently the only NEEL 43 on our trimaran shelf, so its price reads against the yard's own ladder and the harbor around it. A same-year NEEL 47 in La Rochelle asks $550,800; this hull carries the same idea one size down for $194,400 less. Two honesty notes. The boat has been listed 391 days and is carried by two brokers — for a first-year example of an award-winning model, that persistence is the first question to put to the broker. And condition is unstated; we have not surveyed it.
