A 2023 Regulator 26 XO, asking $189,900 through Moore Yacht Sales. The XO is the Edenton, North Carolina yard's crossover: Lou Codega, who has drawn every Regulator hull, gave this one 17 degrees of deadrise against the 24 of the offshore boats, a 14-inch engine-up draft and a hydraulic jackplate — half flats boat, half the ride the brand is known for, on 26.75 ft of hull over a 9.25 ft beam. The model has only been in build since 2019, so a 2023 example is about as recent as the used market gets.

Two honesty notes. We hold no sister 26 XO — this is the only Regulator on our shelf — so the ask has no in-model benchmark. And it reaches the market through two brokers, so expect to meet it twice.

What the shelf can do is place the price: per foot, this is the most expensive boat in its comparable set. Regulator's build reputation earns a premium used; the neighbors price its parts — the year, the length, the badge — one door each.
