Corsair Marine exists because one design was too good not to build a company around. Founded in 1984 to put Ian Farrier's folding trimaran into production, the yard turned his patent into the F-27 — 450 boats, the best-selling multihull of its era — and then spent four decades iterating the same promise: a boat that sails like a raced multihull and lives on a trailer like a caravan. Production moved to Vietnam years ago; the faith didn't move an inch.
