A 2021 NauticStar 211 Hybrid at Key West, asking $44,450 through Pop Yachts. The Hybrid line was NauticStar's refusal of a choice the rest of the fleet makes — bay-boat draft and casting decks with center-console freeboard and layout, in one 21-foot hull (20 ft as we hold it). For the Keys, where the flats and the reef are the same morning, that is the brief rather than a compromise. One thing to raise with the seller before anything else: the brand has moved twice since this hull was built. MasterCraft sold NauticStar to Iconic Marine Group in 2022, and the Amory, Mississippi plant that made it closed in 2025. Ask where parts come from now.

We hold no second 211 Hybrid, so we cannot say whether $44,450 is keen for the model — only where it sits. It is the third-cheapest center console on our shelf and the shortest by two feet; the two under it are both older and longer, and the next one up asks $69,995. You are paying for the 2021 date and the layout, not for length. It belongs on center consoles under $100k.
