A 2021 Dragonfly 32 Evolution at La Rochelle, asking $388,800 through Hellomulti. Quorning's signature is the whole silhouette: the Danish yard's SwingWing folds 27 feet of sailing beam to under 13 at the dock — one line, about a minute a side — so a full-width trimaran keeps a monohull berth. The 32 Evolution is that platform at its hottest spec: it replaced the Supreme from 2015 with wave-piercing floats a fifth larger and a taller carbon rig, and this 2021 build is the newest Dragonfly on our shelf.

It is also the most expensive boat on our tri shelf in this size, by a distance. The nearest Dragonfly under it asks $148,800 less, and the listing carries no condition notes, inventory or days-on-market to argue the gap. The case as our data states it is spec and age, nothing more; whether that carries $388,800 is the survey question.

The benchmark is the boat the Evolution was drawn to replace: a 2014 Dragonfly 32 Supreme asking $240,000 — with the caveat that it sells from San Carlos, Panama, an ocean from this one's berth.

Inside the same yard, the money can buy length instead of vintage: a 2010 Dragonfly 35 Ultimate, the folding idea stretched to 35 feet, asks $237,600.

And where the folding-tri instinct runs sportier than Danish cruising, a 2018 Farrier F-32SR in south-east England — the same length within a foot — asks $222,250.

Each of those doors opens at under two-thirds of this ask; none opens on a 2021 hull. If the fewest seasons on the sharpest 32 is the point, this is the one to survey first:
