2021 NEEL 47 — La Rochelle, 17 - Charente-Maritime

A 2021 NEEL 47 at La Rochelle — the yard's own harbor — asking $550,800 through MV Yachting, one of two brokers carrying it. Marc Lombard drew the 47 in 2019 as the successor to NEEL Trimarans' 45, and the yard's signature is at full strength: single-level living around the central hull, 27 feet of beam on 47 of length, saloon and cockpit merged into the cockloon. Within a season of launching, the model took the 2020 Multihull of the Year (40–50 feet) and Cruising World's full-size-multihull Boat of the Year — the credentials that anchor the bluewater trimaran shelf.

We hold no sister 47s to rank this one against, so the price reads off the yard's own ladder: a same-year NEEL 43 asks $356,400, a 2017 NEEL 51 asks $625,118, and $550,800 for the 2021 47 sits between them, where the line says it should. The honesty note is the clock. At 215 days on the market, a plausible-looking ask has gone seven months without finding its buyer, and the second broker suggests the first listing alone did not move it. The days, not the ladder, are the negotiating number.
